• Data Entry to your specialised Care Software.   I am familiar with Sonic, Astalty, ShiftCare, Day Spring Care and more!  I am also able to ensure that your software links to Xero and ensuring that your software is updated with any NDIS pricing updates required.
• Updating compliance registers
• Preparing Notifiable Incident Reports for submission to NDIS, including evidence trails in a format that is acceptable to them.
• Gap analysis of your current systems for both Staff and Participants to help ensure that you are fully NDIS compliant.
• Ensuring that all documents that are sent to you by Participants and their supports are recorded and filed in compliance with NDIS requirements.
• HR – including recruitment and onboarding of new staff members (including creation of all staff record requirements)
• Creating Policy and Procedures for your company – step by step documents and videos
• Managing Inboxes
• Checking codes, hours, descriptions, etc., to ensure compliance. 
• Telephone Calls – I am available to be your receptionist!  Using 3CX call software, I can look after all your phone calls, ensuring that you never miss a call again!
